Shipping & Delivery Terms
For deliveries handled by DHL, the delivery terms and conditions of DHL apply. All items are carefully packaged for transport. Ekkeltree cannot be held liable for errors or negligence caused by the carrier. Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the contents for any damage or deficiencies. Should any issues arise, the customer must contact Ekkeltree via email or the contact form within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
