Shipping and delivery

Order before 4 pm on a working day (Mon–Fri) and we ship the same day. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. We ship with DHL.

You'll see the delivery charge in your basket before you check out. Delivery times are estimates and may be slightly longer during busy periods and around public holidays.

Damaged or incomplete?

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email us as soon as possible at info@ekkeltree.com, ideally with a photo. We'll put it right with a replacement or a refund. We are responsible for your parcel until it has been delivered.
