Not entirely happy with your order? You have 14 days to change your mind, no reason needed.

Cooling-off period

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. If your order arrives in several parts, the 14 days start on the day you receive the last item. Let us know within that period at info@ekkeltree.com or by using the model form at the bottom of this page. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Conditions

Please return the item unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. If an item has been opened or used, we will deduct the loss in value. For personal care and fragrance products this can be up to the full purchase price, as we cannot resell an opened bottle. Sets, discounted items and unused gift cards can be returned as normal.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at info@ekkeltree.com with your order number and the item you're returning.
  2. Pack the item securely and send it to our dispatch and returns address:

  3. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Return costs

Return shipping is at your own expense. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return costs.

Refunds

We'll refund you within 14 days of being notified of your cancellation, using your original payment method. The refund covers the item price plus the standard delivery charge you paid on your order. If you return only part of an order, the delivery charge is not refunded. We may hold back the refund until we've received the item or you've shown proof of postage.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is wrong, email us as soon as possible, ideally with a photo. We'll send a replacement free of charge or give you a refund. Your statutory rights for faulty goods always apply.

Exchanges

Prefer a different scent? Return the item as described above and place a new order.
