Orders and delivery

How quickly will my order arrive?
Order before 4 pm on a working day and we ship the same day. In the Netherlands your parcel usually arrives the next working day, within 3 working days at the latest. Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany: 2–5 working days.

What are the delivery charges?

Can I track my parcel?
Yes. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

Products

How long does a reed diffuser last?
The reed diffuser 200 ml lasts about 4–5 months, depending on the number of reeds and the ventilation in the room.

How long does a scented candle burn?
The scented candle 250 g burns for about 45 hours. On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge.

How long does a room spray last?
That depends on how often you use it, usually several weeks to months.

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
If you have sensitive skin or allergies, please check the ingredient list on the product page before ordering.

Where do the products come from?
Smith & Co is a range by The Aromatherapy Co. from New Zealand.

What's in The Daily Duo?
A hand & body wash 400 ml and a hand & body lotion 400 ml in the scent of your choice. Bought separately €59.90, as a set €54.95: you save €4.95.

What's in The Home Ambiance?
A reed diffuser 200 ml and a scented candle 250 g in the scent of your choice. Bought separately €79.90, as a set €69.95: you save €9.95.

Can I mix scents?
Yes. Add a wash and a lotion to your basket, in any scent, and you'll automatically get €4.95 off. A reed diffuser 200 ml with a scented candle 250 g automatically gives you €9.95 off, and a reed diffuser 50 ml with a scented candle 80 g €4.95. No code needed.

Gifts

Can I give a gift card?
Yes. Choose an amount from €10 to €100. The gift card is sent by email, to you or straight to the recipient, with a personal message if you like. It never expires and can be used on all products and sets.

Can I send a gift straight to the recipient?
Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient's address as the delivery address. There are no prices on the packing slip.

When should I order for Sinterklaas and Christmas?

If you order later, we'll do our best, but we can't promise your parcel will arrive in time.

Newsletter

Do I get a discount when I sign up?
Yes, 10% off your first order of €30 or more. You'll receive the code by email after signing up. It can be used once, also on sets, and can't be combined with the Mix & Match discount.

Reviews

How do the reviews on Ekkeltree work?
Reviews are collected through Judge.me. You can write a review on the product page, and after your order you may also receive an invitation by email. All reviews are published automatically, positive and negative alike. 'Verified buyer' means the review was written by a customer who ordered from Ekkeltree. We don't offer discounts or any other reward for reviews, and reviews written by ourselves are not shown.

Returns and complaints

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it. Please return the item unused and unopened. Return shipping is at your own expense, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered. Read everything in our returns policy.

My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email a photo to info@ekkeltree.com. We'll sort it out quickly with a replacement or a refund.
