How long does a reed diffuser last? The Smith & Co. Reed Diffuser 200ml lasts approximately 4 to 5 months, depending on the number of reeds used and ventilation in the room.
How long does a scented candle burn? The Smith & Co. Scented Candle 250gr has a burn time of approximately 45 hours. For best results, let the wax melt to the edges on the first burn.
How long does a room spray last? That depends on how often you use it, but most customers get several weeks to months out of one bottle.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin? The Smith & Co. body care products are formulated with quality ingredients. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend checking the ingredient list on the product page before purchasing.
Where are the products made? Smith & Co. is a product line by The Aromatherapy Co., designed and crafted in Auckland, New Zealand.

What's included in The Daily Duo? The Daily Duo includes a Hand & Body Wash 400ml and Hand & Body Lotion 400ml in your choice of scent. Normally €59,90 when bought separately — yours for €54,95.
What's included in The Home Ambiance? The Home Ambiance includes a Reed Diffuser 200ml and Scented Candle 250gr in your choice of scent. Normally €79,90 when bought separately — yours for €69,95.
Can I mix scents in a set? Currently the sets are offered in one scent per set. If you'd like a custom combination, feel free to contact us at info@ekkeltree.com.
Returns & Complaints
What if I'm not happy with my order? We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at info@ekkeltree.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll find a solution together.
Can I return a product? Unused and unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Please contact us first before sending anything back.
My order arrived damaged — what now? Please send us a photo of the damage at info@ekkeltree.com. We'll make sure to sort it out for you quickly.
